Your character is the distinct mental and moral qualities evidenced in your life. We expect our staff to be growing spiritually through personal spiritual disciplines/habits like Bible study, prayer, personal evangelism, stewardship/tithing, etc. You should not only seek to do what is right (James 4:17), but also avoid even the appearances of sin or things that cause others to struggle (1 Thessalonians 5:12-24). As a growing Christ-follower, we expect you to be a part of the church participating in worship services and a group (Hebrews 10:24).
