Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

To manage all aspects of the Creative Programming Department including the following teams: Events, Productions/Tech, & Service Planning. This would include direct creative design in collaboration with the Senior Pastor and team for global campus implementation.

This is NOT a worship leading position, nor does it oversee worship ministry.

OVERVIEW

Faith Church is a place where people connect, families grow and lives are changed. Founded by Pastors David and Nicole Crank in 2004, Faith Church lives and leads on the cutting edge of where faith collides with current culture. With four church campuses in St. Louis, Missouri and two campuses in the West Palm Beach, Florida area, Faith Church continues to grow and expand their reach across the US and the world through not only their physical locations but also their global online and television audience.

With over 8000+ in weekly attendance at one of their physical locations, Faith Church continues to be a multi-cultural, multi-site, non-denominational church focused on raising up "Hope Dealers" to impact their community and culture for Jesus. This dynamic community celebrates powerful and relevant Bible teaching using illustrative and practical examples which lead to life change, high caliber worship and creative experiences that celebrate the diversity of their culture and power of God's presence to change lives, world class family ministries for kids and students, and events throughout the year that bless the community, empower leaders, and shine a massive light of hope in the midst of the darkness.

The importance of this highly influential and necessary role within the context of the Faith Church culture cannot be overstated. The Creative Programming Director will bring proactive, creative, empowering, team-building, communicative leadership with excellence to the Service Programming, Production and Events teams of Faith Church across the entire organization. This leader MUST have the ability to not only build and create systems and processes in these specific areas that promote innovation, creativity, teamwork, communication, and efficiency but also the ability to be flexible, teachable, able to pivot quickly, responsive, plan ahead, and run at a fast pace with a high energy leader in Pastor David who is constantly keeping his finger on the pulse of culture and current events. Pastor David believes that the local Church must be on the forefront of creating culture rather than constantly reacting to the tide of culture.

Organizational leadership, strong communication, and outstanding creative/ideation skills are a must!
