Ingleside Baptist Church - Children's Pastor

Ingleside Baptist is a Southern Baptist Church with a rich history of reaching their community of Macon, Georgia. They are seeking an experienced Children's Pastor to take their already thriving ministry to Kindergarten-5th Grade kids to new levels of effectiveness. Ingleside has a gorgeous campus, terrific Children's facilities, and a healthy and motivated staff that continues to make an impact in Macon. Ingleside is deeply rooted in Scripture. The church is currently home to over 5,000 members with just over 2,100 in attendance during four weekend services.

With multiple services over the weekend and every service continuing to grow, Ingleside needs a strong team builder who can recruit and develop a strong team in all areas of Children's Ministry. Serving in the body is a high value at Ingleside and people are encouraged to use their gifts.

In many cases, a Children's Pastor is tasked with oversight of all kids from birth-elementary. Ingleside's Next Generation structure splits preschool and elementary into two distinct and parallel roles, meaning the Children's Pastor simply needs to focus on the ministry to kids from Kindergarten-5th Grade.
