Lighthouse Christian Church - Children's Pastor

Job description

THE CHURCH

At Lighthouse Christian Center (LCC), we are passionate about God and His people. We believe that God has called us as the local church to be a Christ-centered community dedicated to raising up more and better disciples, to the glory of God. We believe that God is at work and that’s why each of the members of our team has dedicated themselves to a calling and not just a career. People ask, “What is working with LCC like?” Every day, you’d find a team of committed, passionate Christ-followers who don’t just work but who cares deeply committed to becoming more like Christ in every sphere of their lives. They really care for one another. You’ll find a team that supports one another in passionately following Jesus and aiming to grow in loving God, others, and making disciples. If you are passionate about loving Jesus, growing people in their pursuit of God, and working collaboratively, then LCC may be the place for you.

Position Summary

The Children’s Ministry (CM) Director will work in conjunction with the Children’s ministry team and direct pastoral supervisor to accomplish the mission of LCC through a staff and volunteer team of loving adults and youth so that kids come to know Jesus and become His disciples.
