Northwest Bible Church - Worship Minister

The Worship Minister at Northwest Bible Church in Dallas, Texas, will be a team-oriented leader who is passionate about leading genuine, creative, and meaningful worship experiences. This leader will be part of the senior leadership team and oversee the largest team of staff at Northwest Bible - including Worship, Production, and Communications. As a vital and influential leader in the church, the new Worship Minister will have the opportunity to build on a solid foundation while having the freedom and ability to dream, create, and innovate.

- Serve as primary worship leader for main services.

- Increase the understanding of the congregation of worship by leading a consistently meaningful worship experience each week.

- Lead, direct, and supervise the Worship, Production and Communications Teams.

- Recruit, train, and retain volunteers (instrumentalists and vocalists) to serve on the Worship, Production, and Communication Teams.

- Lead and support the staff of the worship department to ensure individual and team goals and needs are met and to cultivate a positive and team-oriented working environment.
