Pathways Church - Worship Leader

Pathways Church is a dynamic church with a great staff culture and a heart to reach lost people. The church has engaging worship services, and regularly lives out their calling to impact the community for Jesus.

Pathways Church launched in 1994 in a local theater in Appleton, Wisconsin. Today they are a non-denominational church of 1,400 people, led by Lead Pastor Adam Demetrician. Their mission is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

They serve and support key missions partners to make an impact in medical clinics, food pantries, human trafficking and other missional endeavors. In 2023 Pathways saw 284 decisions for Jesus and 113 Baptisms.

Pathways Church has a solid foundation and a core volunteer team in place. The church is passionate about worshiping Jesus and seeing lives transformed every Sunday. They are excited to bring on a new Worship Leader who is ready to roll up their sleeves, build community and see God continue to do remarkable things in and out of the walls of the church.

-Lead and disciple the worship team for Sunday services

-Oversee service planning

-Oversee worship team schedule

-Train and develop team members and leaders

-Primary worship leader for Sunday services
