Northwest Bible Church - Worship Pastor

This is an exciting time in the life of Northwest Bible Church and an incredible time to join the team. With a recently completed (debt-free) addition of a Kids Building, a renovation of the Youth Building, and new office and worship space renovations coming soon, the church is poised to reach many new families. Located in an area filled with young families, Northwest is making it a priority to equip families to establish the trajectory of their homes in the Lord.

For the right candidate, this opportunity affords someone the chance to do ministry and life in a setting poised for exciting days ahead.

- Possess a pastor's heart and deep desire to shepherd and lead the congregation

- Work with the Lead Pastor to plan the worship services in accordance with the church’s philosophy of worship and the NWBC doctrinal statement

- Serve as the primary worship leader in the Sunday worship services.

- Lead and develop an effective worship team to accomplish the church’s philosophy of worship.

- Lead from an acoustic guitar

- Lead the media ministry (which includes live streaming, presentation lighting, sound, and all technology related to multimedia)
