Parkview Christian Church - Lead Worship Pastor
The Lead Worship Pastor is responsible for working in conjunction with the Production Director, while overseeing the Area Worship Pastor, Music Director (for all campuses) and various contract musicians, music directors and worship leaders. This person will have a vital fingerprint on the culture and feel of services across the campuses, while also investing their worship leadership skills into the Broadcast Campus (Orland Park). This includes providing direct support to musicians and vocalists while helping to create and shape a healthy and thriving worship ministry. The Lead Worship Pastor will directly contribute to the creative process of weekend services in collaboration with a team of staffers who help curate and execute creative elements.

Manage the Leadership Pipeline for musicians & vocalists
Actively recruit, connect and unleash musicians into the music ministry.Strategize best practices to train and develop the musicians and vocalists on the team.Oversee and execute the audition process for new members (working alongside Area Worship pastor for the New Lenox and Homer Glen campuses)Oversee and lead the Area Worship Pastor, Music Director and any needed contract worship leaders and musicians.
Serve as an active member of the Weekend Programming Team
Bring creative ideas and featured song elements to the programming team for ideating.Facilitate song selection.Manage scheduling for the Orland Park band, checking in with the Area Worship Pastor to make sure their bands are filled out, and scheduling any needed contract worship leaders for Homer Glen & New Lenox. Work with the Production Director and the Music Director to ensure great, healthy, streamlined communication on all musical elements being implemented for services across campuses.
