The Victory Church digital platform is undergoing a transformation to further advance the mission of the gospel, by creating disciples and guiding them along their spiritual journey. To help us with this transformation, Victory Church is seeking a talented and highly-motivated leader to guide a team of talented developers and UX/UI designers who create interactive online experiences for our online guests.

​The Director of Web Development will work collaboratively between a range of teams including church leadership, marketing, IT and creative to ensure our digital platform meets the needs of our audience and fulfills the standards of our organization. This role will balance organizing strategies, managing execution, and implementing standards of excellence for our team to follow.
