Job requirements

The Worship Pastor at Water of Life will support the core values and goals of the church by leading worship for various ministries/services/events. They will provide volunteer coordination and oversight and oversee/maintain quality for all assigned worship experiences. They will also oversee and maintain the quality of worship including, but not limited to, creation of set lists, creative elements, and running rehearsals. They will lead the community, development and musical growth of the worship volunteers.
